Taylor & Bryn are a new music duo consisting of two longtime friends. Their live shows are high-energy infusions of melody, wit, soaring harmonies, sophisticated guitar parts, and beat-boxing harmonica.
After three elimination rounds, hundreds of acts, and with barely ten hours of total practice time as a duo under their belts, they won the Landmark Events Showcase Competition, and music promotional prizes worth around $20,000.
They have played venues across Ontario, for upwards of 3-4 hour no-repeat nights of music, blending originals and covers. On many of their songs, they create the illusion of being an entire 4-piece band, due to their musical versatility and rich harmonies. Currently, they are working on creating their first professional recordings in their new studio, and launching a music tour.
Taylor & Bryn also work on various other ventures together. As housemates, from their home, they manage various rooms in a highly-popular Airbnb, featuring music-themed rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. Learn more about their main Airbnb room here. Also, Taylor & Bryn act as art dealers for famous veteran visual artist and actor, Aron Tager.
The Beaver Den: A New Canadian Musical – A top five finalist for ‘Best Of Fringe 2012’, and ‘About as accurately Canadian as you can get’ (BlogTO), The Beaver Den is an outrageous, hilarious, and perfectly polite new musical – co-created & music & lyrics by Taylor, script by Jennifer & Jaclyn Enchin.
Following the unique journeys of six castmates stuck performing on an outdated kids show filmed in the middle of Muskoka, The Beaver Den is a laugh out loud, tear-jerking journey into what it means to be a team, and a satirical meditation on what it means to be Canadian.
‘The songs by Taylor Abrahamse are clever, tuneful and like great parodies, only reference where the music has been cribbed from.” – Drew Rowsome, Editor for Fab magazine.
Copious song demos from writing & re-writing this musical from 2012 to the present can be found in The Abravault.

Everyone’s Human! The Liberating Community is a registered non-profit that aims to celebrate the human condition fully, believing that ending discrimination towards oneself creates the space for real peace for all. Conceived by Taylor, initiatives by the organization began with large-scale fundraising variety shows that span a wide range of human experiences (frank discussions on mental health, laughter competitions, music and improv comedy, etc).
Currently, Everyone’s Human hosts ‘Everyones Talking’ events, where people get on the subway and talk with complete strangers – creating connection & facing social anxiety. While currently often inactive, Everyone’s Human events sometimes occur, and more will be on the horizon. Discover more by clicking here, or please message us if you would like to create your own ‘Everyone’s Human’ events!
